Faith Baptist Church was formally organized on March 5, 1961. Dr. Dolphus Price became our first pastor in June of that year. After renting for about 2 years, the church purchased the present property and dedicated the new facilities on July 7, 1963. Dr. Price remained as pastor for 6 years before entering full-time evangelism.
He was followed by Dr. Earl Little who pastored 3 years. During his pastorate the first wing of the education building was built.
After him, Rev. Larry Karsies pastored for 2 years.
He was followed by Rev. John Detwiler who served as pastor from July 1973 until August 1977.
Pastor Meloy began his pastorate here on March 12, 1978 and stayed for 28 years before becoming a traveling representative for the Caribbean Radio Lighthouse.
Pastor Jeff Bailie and his wife, Debbie, began their ministry at Faith on the 18th of March, 2007.
